Adcraft 12" medium duty meat slicer is constructed of high quality anodized aluminum which makes it extremely durable and easy to clean. Perfect for slicing vegetables and lunch meats. It's small footprint and compact design make it ideal for delis, sub shops and small restaurants. This model comes with a removable carriage for easy cleanup and a built in sharpener to always ensure a sharp edge for every slice. The blade has a permanently attached ring guard around it for safety. The 1/2 HP motor is belt driven.
