Adcraft IDW-940W Description
The Adcraft IDW-940W infrared food warmer has its heating element running through the top of the unit so heat is distributed evenly. Since the heat is uniformly spread across the food pan, hot and cold spots are diminished. Stainless steel reflectors sit above the heating elements to help push heat down towards the food. A 2-inch-deep food pan comes with a stainless steel, perforated liner that drains extra grease and is removable for simple cleaning. The on/off switch is kept away from the heat zone at the top front of the unit. The base of the warmer is kept up off of the work space to keep heat from transferring. A 40-watt lightbulb is used to make food sitting in the pan more visible to customers. The stainless steel construction of the Adcraft IDW-940W infrared food warmer makes it durable for long-term use and easy to clean.
