Processing small amounts of food with two fine-serrated blades, the Robot Coupe BLIXER3 vertical commercial blender mixer softens and liquifies ingredients in seconds. The 3.5-quart bowl is covered with a leakproof, shock-resistant lid with a central opening for quickly adding ingredients during use. Mixing can also be monitored through this clear lid for ideal results.
The Robot Coupe BLIXER3 food processor is made of stainless steel with a bowl scraper and lid wiper for a quick clean. To increase cutting precision, this unit has a pulse function and direct-drive induction, which does not require a belt. For safety purposes, this mixer includes a thermal failsafe and a motor brake.
