Garland MODU7000360FL Description

Designed as a built-in unit, the Garland MODU7000360FL drop-in induction range is intended for custom installation into a kitchen countertop or island. It has one cooking zone with two 3.5-kilowatt coils, enabling chefs to run multiple pans of various sizes on the range at the same time. Range heat is managed by a 12-increment temperature knob and an RTCSmp control system; this system tracks the induction coils, ceramic glass, electronics, and heat sink, protecting them during cooking. The control unit is small and can be installed swiftly.
