Garland SHGR5000 Description

The Garland SHGR5000 countertop griddle uses induction heating to grill food, offering temperature consistency, recovery, and accurate cooking. Its inch-thick plate keeps heat better than a thinner plate, though it takes longer to heat. A smooth surface expedites plate cleaning at closing. The grease filter can be taken out for cleaning and servicing.

This Garland SHGR5000 commercial induction griddle's plate is protected by a splash guard, which catches grease and food juice splatters, keeping them from spilling on the counter. Stainless steel construction strengthens the griddle to resist corrosion and scratching. Unit temperature is adjustable via the thermostatic controls.
