The Howard McCray EVO-G9-53-66-12P standalone gelato dipping cabinet can hold eight 12-liter pans, displayed through a front and side glass with LED lights. Equipped with a self-contained, air-cooled refrigeration system, this unit holds temperatures between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit, while its fan-assisted airflow design ensures uniform product temperatures. For straightforward operation, the refrigeration system is digitally controlled and includes an option for programmable defrosting.

Made of stainless steel, the interior of the Howard McCray EVO-G9-53-66-12P gelato dipping cabinet is durable and can be wiped clean. The exterior has stylish matte white panels and contains dense polyurethane insulation. Because the glass is heated, condensation will not build up within the cabinet, but product will remain cold. Featuring a work surface and roll-down rear curtain, this unit makes it convenient to scoop and serve fresh gelato.
