The Howard McCray ITA-G10-54-41-4P standalone gelato dipping cabinet can hold (10) 4-liter pans on a 9-degree tilted display deck. For full access, the tempered double-pane front glass lifts hydraulically, and the front and side glass panels are heated to prevent condensation buildup. To resist corrosion and scratches, the interior of this LED-lit display case is made of high-gloss 304 stainless steel, while the exterior has a matching stainless steel worktop, matte white panels, and a silver anodized aluminum finish. Featuring a reserve pan storage, this unit can preserve additional pans of gelato for later use.

Controlled digitally with programmable defrosting, the Howard McCray ITA-G10-54-41-4P gelato dipping cabinet has a self-contained, air-cooled condensing unit. Using fans to generate airflow, this system consistently holds temperatures between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit. This case has integrated electronic temperature and time controllers and polyurethane foam insulation to keep products cold. To keep serving efficient, this unit includes a convenient worktop surface.
