When performing at ideal conditions, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0320FA/B1000-48 full-cube ice maker with bin produces 313 pounds of ice per day. When the ambient air temperature is higher, it makes closer to 244 pounds of ice daily, and the bin can hold 1,000 pounds of ice. The head has PURE ICE antimicrobial protection that slows the growth of bacteria and can be sanitized and descaled with the push of a button. To clean interior components, they can be removed and placed in the dishwasher.

The Ice-O-Matic CIM0320FA/B1000-48 ice maker with bin is made of durable and rust-resistant stainless steel, while the bin has a poly liner that provides sanitary storage of ice and resists corrosion caused by cleaning chemicals. To retrieve ice, the door can be propped open to prevent it from slamming shut, enabling one-hand operation. Reducing the risk of spillage, this unit includes an ice shield that controls flow.
