The Ice-O-Matic CIM0330HA/B55PS Elevation(tm) ice maker and bin combo makes half-size ice cubes that measure ³/₈ inch by ⁷/₈ inch by ⁷/₈ inch and are small enough to fill most of a glass. These cubes form when water rushes over the evaporator and freezes in the grid, giving them their shape. Once fully frozen, the cubes are ejected into the bin, where insulation helps keep them solid and ready for use.

This Ice-O-Matic CIM0330HA/B55PS ice machine and bin has several features to speed up cleaning. Its one-touch cleaning cycle helps purge sediment from the interior, and when it needs thorough cleaning, an LED light illuminates to ensure operators are aware of the problem. The food zone--the area where ice is made--contains removable parts that snap out of place. These parts are dishmachine safe, greatly cutting down on cleaning times. Made of smooth plastic, the food zone eliminates sharp, hard-to-clean corners. After cleaning, users can snap the parts back into place and resume operation.
