This Ice-O-Matic GEM1306A Pearl Ice machine head produces nugget ice--a type of ice prized by many patrons for its unique texture and chewability. Quickly cooling beverages and absorbing flavors, this ice type is best for soft drinks, slushies, and frozen beverages such as frappes and margaritas. Able to freeze and supply as much as 1,350 pounds of ice per day in ideal conditions, this machine head is a good choice for high-volume locations such as coffee chops, bars, and fast food restaurants.

With its exterior stainless finish, the Ice-O-Matic GEM1306A nugget ice machine is durable and adds a professional appearance to the kitchen. Inside the unit, heavy-duty elements, such as its stainless steel auger and industrial grade roller bearings, ensure the machine will stand up to high-volume use. A built-in SystemSafe feature lets the machine automatically monitor load sizes to prevent undue wear or damage to the gearbox.
