The Marsal SD-448 NG pizza oven is built with the exclusive left-to-right burner design that allows for even heating across the entire baking deck. A brick-lined heat diffusing air baking chamber and a 2-inch-thick cooking surface creates an even bake throughout the baking chamber, making sure your pizza is cooked more efficiently and the crust is crispier. The special air chamber below the cooking surface eliminates hot spots and the need to rotate pizzas while they are cooking. An exclusive-to-Marsal baffle system uses slots instead of circles to push more heat to the center of the oven to cook pizzas evenly on the top.
