The Moffat E33D5 Turbofan countertop convection oven features a Safe-Touch vented door that will remain cool to the touch when the oven is heated. Its two-speed, bi-directional reversing fan system ensures that products cook evenly, and its moisture-injection mode will prevent them from drying out. With its large digital displays and electronic thermostat controls, this unit can be operated by most employees.

Designed with a fully welded and porcelain-enameled interior, the Moffat E33D5 half-size convection oven is durable and easy to clean, suitable for repeated and intensive use. Its adjustable, anti-skid stainless steel legs keep the unit secure on the countertop.
