Featuring two 7-inch fixed grids, this Nemco 7000A-2 waffle maker cooks as many as 40 waffles in an hour. The controls are mounted on top where they are convenient to reach, while an LED readout displays the remaining cook time. When cooking, the floating hinge enables the top grid to rise with the waffle, preventing batter from spilling onto the counter. For employee comfort, each grid is constructed of lightweight aluminum, and the handle does not get hot.
