The Moffat E32D5/P12M Turbofan electric convection oven features a proofing cabinet with dual function proofing and holding modes. The interior of the upper convection oven is enameled with porcelain, providing increased durability and streamlined cleaning. Both the oven and proofing cabinet are equipped with long-lasting dual halogen lamps.

The Moffat E32D5/P12M convection oven/proofer features simple controls with large, highly visible digital displays. The doors of both the holding cabinet and oven are made of glass so that operators can monitor their products throughout the cooking process. To ensure durability and a long lifespan, the front, sides, and top exterior of this unit are constructed of sturdy stainless steel.
