The Robot Coupe Blixer 5V blender mixer features a stainless steel stockpot style bowl that is durable and easy to clean. The lid opening allows liquid and dry foods to be added without stopping the machine. This blender mixer features a magnetic safety system and motor brake for safe usage. Stainless steel "S" blades can chop, grind, puree, and emulsify, providing labor and time savings.
