Prepare up to 90 pounds of vegetables an hour in many different ways using Robot Coupe's R2NCLR commercial food processor. This model has a three quart cutter bowl with a handle and a high-resistance smooth blade assembly. It also includes a vegetable preparation attachment with two deep feed openings, including one large hopper and one cylindrical hopper.
