Our stainless steel salad prep tables are constructed of high-quality stainless steel with a foamed-in-place polyurethane high-density cell insulation. These units have a self-closing swing door(s) with a 90 degrees stay open feature. Plastic coated wire shelving is easily removable to adjust shelf height. Recessed door handles and a precise digital temperature controller allows a sleek and modern looking design.
