With the Delfield 4448NP-18M prep table, chefs can prepare salads and sandwiches from fresh ingredients held in its mega top section. This section holds 18 sixth-size food pans, which are included with this unit. The unit has a cutting board where users can assemble dishes and its base is divided into two sections to hold jugs of dressing or jars of toppings.
Stainless steel composes the Delfield 4448NP-18M prep table's exterior top, front, and sides so they can resist corrosion. The back of the unit houses its condenser—this system breathes from the front, so the prep table can be pushed up against walls or other equipment in a workflow.
