The Cleveland SET-15 tilting skillet has a self-locking marine type tilt mechanism that prevents accidental tilting. Tabletop installation is provided by sanitary base mounting, and the aluminum-cast heating elements in the high-efficiency heating system provide even temperature distribution. The entire pan bottom is covered by these heating elements. Constructed of stainless steel, this durable unit can be cleaned up quickly and has fast recovery and heat-up times.
This countertop tilting skillet provides users with comfortable tilting through its balanced design. The tilt handle can be mounted on the left or right, and an adjustable vent is built into the lift-off cover. Its bead-blasted cooking surface is resistant to sticking. Capable of braising, pan frying, and grilling, this unit can also perform functions approximate to those carried out by steam-jacketed kettles and pressureless steamers.
The Cleveland SET-15 tilting skillet is equipped with vertical sidewalls and a front pouring lip. Its entire pan body tilts on a trunnion mount to aid in product transfer and expedite the cleanup process. An innovated version of the traditional brat pan, the higher raised sides and cover provide greater cooking versatility, enabling browning or braising large quantities of meat.
