Moffat E22M3/2 Description

The Moffat E22M3/2 Turbofan double convection oven provides every part needed to stack two half-size ovens in a tower. Its base elevates the ovens off the floor for cleaning underneath, and stabilizes the ovens with its adjustable feet. Withstanding heavy use, the oven exterior, stacking kit, and base are all made of stainless steel, and the ovens come with six strong, chrome-plated racks that can be removed for cleaning. Porcelain coats the interior, filling in cracks and crevices that trap food.

The Moffat E22M3/2 double half-size convection oven is controlled by front knobs. A temperature dial selects temperatures from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while the timer monitors cook times as long as 1 hour. After the dial hits zero, it will audibly alarm, alerting employees that time is up. For safety, the double-pane glass door and durable handles are resistant to heat, and the doors open downwards without banging into equipment on either side of the unit. However, it is recommended that nearby equipment stand at least 1 inch from the sides and back.
