Adcraft Professional Half Size Convection Oven (COH-3100WPRO)
Adcraft's professional half size convection oven is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel with an enamel interior. It has a small footprint design to fit on all countertops. It has a temperature range of 120F-570F degrees and a double wall tempered glass door to keep the heat in. This oven has an interior dimension of 16.5"H x 21.5"W x 15.25"D and can fit four half size sheet pans with 3.5" of space between each shelf. This oven has a grill/broil function for up to 570F to add grilling, broiling and roasting capabilities. A cook and hold feature keeps food warm for up to 180 minutes. This oven comes standard with 4 wire shelves, a top and bottom heating element, 60 minute timer and an interior light for easy viewing while in use.
