The Invensys thermostat lets you adjust temperatures between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and thanks to its 1 1/4" ball type full port drain, you can easily empty this fryer's tank for cleaning. Two nickel chrome wire mesh fry baskets are included, while the heavy duty exterior ensures long-lasting durability.
