The Robot Coupe BLIXER60 vertical blender mixer creates a large quantity of sauces, salsas, dips, and more. The stainless steel bowl has a 63-quart capacity and two handles to make lifting and transporting easier. While mounted on the stainless steel stand, the bowl can tilt to the side for emptying or cleaning. A transparent lid lets you easily check on mixtures, while a central lid opening lets you easily add ingredients during processing.

A direct drive induction motor is designed for intensive use of this blender mixer. Its stainless steel construction is durable, damage resistant, and corrosion resistant. The three legs that create stability also have retractable wheels so you can transport the entire unit easily. The Robot Coupe BLIXER60 vertical blender mixer has an IP65 control panel with buttons that are flush to the panel for easy use. A magnetic safety and motor brake are included to prevent injuries.
