The Robot Coupe Blixer 6 commercial blender mixer offers a seven-quart capacity bowl that can produce 23- 100 meals per service. The stainless steel bowl and "S" blade are durable and easy to clean. This blender mixer includes a scraper arm that is made of two pieces that are easily removed and sanitized. The clear lid allows the user to monitor the processing progress. The stainless steel base is durable and quickly sanitized.
