Univex DR11 Description

The Univex DR11 dough divider and rounder has a cutting head that manually cuts dough into 11 portions between 11.3 and 22.9 ounces. Two sets of dough trays are included to hold the divided dough portions, and a timer keeps up with the dividing and rounding process during automatic operation.
