Univex DR14 Description

The Univex DR14 dough divider and rounder comes with a 14-portion cutting head that is used manually. This unit is a bench model, which makes it compact. The automatic rounding with timer makes using the machine easy. The rounder makes 600 to 800 pieces of dough per hour. There are start and stop buttons on the front of the unit, along with an indicator lamp that lights up when the unit is powered on. This model also comes with two sets of green trays and one 14 portion dough pan.

When you order the Univex DR14 dough divider and rounder, you can choose which portion cup tray you want. The white cup tray "A" holds 8.8 to 10.6 ounces of dough. Cup tray "B" is green and holds 6.2 to 7.9 ounces. "C" cup tray is red and holds 5.3 to 7.1 ounces of dough. The cup tray "D" holds 3.9 to 5.3 ounces of dough and is white. "H" cup tray holds 7.8 to 9.3 ounces of dough and is white.
