The Moffat E35D6-26/P85M8 Turbofan half-size oven/holding cabinet meets the needs of users who need both a convection oven and a proofing cabinet with a single, small footprint. This compact unit features dual halogen lamps and glass doors to facilitate clear monitoring. Depending on menu demands, its lower cabinet can be used to either proof or hold product.

The oven chamber of the Moffat E35D6-26/P85M8 electric oven with proofer is enameled with strong porcelain to streamline the cleaning process. To accommodate high-volume service, this oven has a capacity of six trays, and the proofer has a capacity of eight. Both are designed with Safe-Touch vented doors, which remain cool to the touch to reduce the risk of burns.
