Garland GFIR48M Description

The Garland GFIR48M salamander broiler is a great addition to Garland's GF36 or GFE36 range, providing space to caramelize crusts and melt cheeses. This broiler has a 31-inch opening and one rack to hold food. The rack is fixed, so heat must be adjusted using front valves that have high and low settings to accommodate different dishes. In case the pilot goes out, the burners feature flame failure protection. To facilitate cleaning, splatter is caught by the backsplash, and messes can be wiped off the backsplash, bottom, top, sides, and front--all are made of stainless steel.
